I came across this video and couldn’t agree more, if only we would take charge of our health. What are you doing? Are you eating properly? exercising? taking correct supplements? laughing? Yep! I did mention laughter! It’s so good for you!!

I came across this video and couldn’t help myself in posting it and sharing with those interested about their immune system. Although it’s a cartoon, it’s an amazing way to even show your young children about their body. I have 5 grandchildren and my eldest boys; ages 9, 7, 4 have been taught about their immune system and how to take care of themselves. I love it! Teach them early and they will remember for ever!
