I came across this video and couldn’t help myself in posting it and sharing with those interested about their immune system. Although it’s a cartoon, it’s an amazing way to even show your young children about their body. I have 5 grandchildren and my eldest boys; ages 9, 7, 4 have been taught about their immune system and how to take care of themselves. I love it! Teach them early and they will remember for ever!

FLU SEASON IS HERE ….DO YOU HAVE A SMART IMMUNE SYSTEM?

Did you know that by mid January the flu activity will peak to it’s highest?  Knowing this statistic, what will you do to avoid getting this dreadful illness!  You really don’t want to wait until your get sick, because sincerely there is no time to be sick!
